Copyright and Licensing Policy
Copyright and Author Rights
Authors' Copyright
Authors retain copyright and ownership of their original scholarly work. By submitting and publishing an article with the journal, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, archive, index, preserve, and disseminate the work in accordance with the journal's adopted open-access licence and applicable publishing policies.
This arrangement enables authors to retain their intellectual property rights while allowing the journal and the wider scholarly community to access, discover, cite, preserve, and responsibly share the published research in accordance with the applicable licence.
Copyrighted and Third-Party Materials
Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licences for copyrighted, proprietary, or otherwise restricted materials incorporated into their manuscripts. Authors should ensure that appropriate acknowledgements, attributions, and permissions are provided wherever required.
Responsible Scholarly Dissemination
The journal supports the responsible dissemination of published research while respecting authors' intellectual property rights, applicable copyright law, third-party rights, and the terms of the open-access licence adopted by the journal.
Protecting Intellectual Property While Advancing Knowledge
Our copyright and licensing framework seeks to balance the rights of authors with the journal's commitment to accessible, responsible, and sustainable scholarly communication.
